Cherry Blossoms and Japantown

I'm allergic to cherry blossoms. That basically sums up my feelings for the alien species. Sure they are pretty, but they don't belong here and they mess up my sinuses. I've been crying on my bike ride to work for weeks now.

But I love me a good parade. Got some nice shots too. The secret to getting a good view of the Cherry Blossom Parade: park yourself half way between the start at City Hall and the finish in Japantown. We squatted at the corner of Gough and Post and had the street almost to ourselves.
