So of course, I have many pictures. What this trip told me was that I need (not want, need) a 500 mm lens. Of course, that won't happen any time soon as a good 500 mm lens will set me back $8,000. O.k. that won't be happening ever. Oh well.

Monterey Bay
I spent a weekend in the Monterey Bay area with a friend from DC who now lives there. We had a fabulous wildlife filled weekend. I got to see blue whales, sea otters, many birds, seals, sea lions. It was great.
So of course, I have many pictures. What this trip told me was that I need (not want, need) a 500 mm lens. Of course, that won't happen any time soon as a good 500 mm lens will set me back $8,000. O.k. that won't be happening ever. Oh well.
